To do this, it is proposed to develop alternative sustainable tourism strategies that will respond to the problems identified in each of the regions participating in the project. WHAT IS THE GANDÍA TOUR & PLAY?Within the framework of this project, the Gandia Tour & Play application has been developed, which applies gamification and augmented reality techniques to guide the visitor in 3 areas of Gandia: the beach, the historic center and the natural environment, as well as its festivities, with the aim of boosting tourism activity in these areas. The app geolocates the resources and infrastructures in the areas to provoke, through game dynamics, the visitors to know them.
